70% of technology projects fail to reach their goals.

Think about that. It means that a vast majority of projects won’t meet the goals they were designed to achieve.

There is a better way: iteratively design and build solutions, and test them with customers at each stage to ensure they solve a real need. Then prioritize your next actions based on what you learn - making decisions based on data, not assumptions. Along the way, constantly look for ways to improve how your teams work together.

How does Agile Coaching work?

An Agile Coach will help you move towards high-performance by instilling a culture of continuous improvement.

Let’s work to give you a clear assessment of where your company is today, and ensure that your vision for the future is clearly articulated and understood. We will then co-create a plan for closing the gap between the vision and reality, usually by adopting or working on Agile practices. We’ll monitor progress and modify our approach to best suit your situation.

Along the way, we’ll coach and mentor your employees to uncover what best produces value in your environment. The aim will be to deliver timely and valuable products and services at a sustainable pace while taking small, continuous steps towards high-performance. (See the Teams page for more details.)
